Internet Connection issues

Shut down your Chromebook

1. Click the time on the lower right hand corner.

3. Turn on your chromebook and see if you can connect to the internet.

4. If that didnt work try another solution below.

Forget your Wi-Fi network

1. Sign into your Chromebook

2. Click on the time in the lower right hand corner.

4. Under Network Click your Wi-Fi network name.

5. Click Known networks.

6. Find your network name then to the right of it click the 3 dots and click Forget

7. Then connect to your home Wi-Fi network again.

8. Try to access some websites. If it still doesn't work try shutting down your Chromebook and turn it back on.
