Social Justice is a topic that should be shared with students of all ages in order for students to develop critical thinking about the world around them and the part that they play within their communities.
Incorporating social justice and awareness into the classroom is an important element in creating an inclusive and evolving learning environment. The website Learning For Justice has many invaluable resources for teachers and students including lesson plans, trainings, etc.
2020 proved to be an unusual year but it served as a great opportunity to learn about Social Justice within the United States and in the world. There are many educational and relevant books and videos that help to educate children and promote independent thinking.
