Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake
This annual event takes place in Gloucester, England on Cooper's Hill. Like the name suggests, a wheel of cheese is thrown down the hill, with competitors chasing it immediately after. The objective is to be the first to cross the finish line, but given how steep the hill is, participants are likely to get bruises, scrapes, and even broken ankles.

Seafood Paella - $42
I don't think I have tried paella before this one and I will admit that I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong though... the crispy rice that resulted from the steel pan had an incredible texture and the flavor of the seafood and the rice itself was an amazing combination that I loved so much. I would definitely recommend trying their signature dish if you ever come to this place.

Roasted Chicken - $26
The presentation was really pretty as you see in the picture, the chimichurri was also on point. There were two things I did wish to be better for the chicken though: 1. how juicy it was - it was pretty dry, especially the chicken breast 2. I also wanted the flavor of the chicken itself to be a bit more seasoned as there was not enough for my palate. The grilled lemon also made everything a lot more enjoyable though!

Top Sirloin - $34
I wasn't really expecting much out of a sirloin steak, but this was honestly one of the best sirloin steaks I've ever had. It wasn't just the steak that had the perfectly amount of seasoning and tenderness, but the carrot puree underneath was the perfect pair to the beefy steak. Every bite was so amazing, and the lime helped to add another dimension of flavor.
