In photography, Rule of Thirds refers to the points on a photograph where parallel lines meet on points in sections of thirds. There are multiple points within the rule of thirds boundary, and the focal point of the photo simply has to remain on one of these points for it to be under rule of thirds. For these photos, I wanted the focal points to get a large amount of direct exposure to natural light. I positioned myself in spots where the sun was beaming, and that did the trick. For the photos under artificial light, I put the less reflective objects under direct light, while the reflective objects were not. I achieved this by positioning the reflective objects on a rule of thirds line with direct light, while vice-versa occurred for the non-reflective objects.
