You'll use the Global Help Desk to submit requests for IT assistance. This is a quicker and more efficient method to have IT issues resolved. Most requests can be resolved remotely. If our local IT is not present another IT can be assigned to complete the help desk ticket. You'll see the icon for Global help desk in one of 2 locations.
1. One your Desktop look for the icon and click it.
