SCA Awards
At our annual banquet, the officers and advisor of the SCA present a slate of awards to Leadership students to celebrate their exceptional work in the SCA that year.
Broken Eagle Award
The Broken Eagle Award is awarded by the previous year’s recipient to a sophomore or junior Leadership student who overcame a difficult challenge in Leadership this year. This student shone in the face of adversity and created a major success despite the struggles they faced.

Good Gnome Award
The Good Gnome Award is awarded by the previous year’s recipient to a sophomore or junior Leadership student who showed extraordinary determination and dedication. Their hard work and commitment enabled major successes in Leadership and distinguished them from their peers.

President's Award
The President’s Award is given by the SCA President to a Leadership student who showed extraordinary growth in their leadership this year. This student went above and beyond every expectation, always aspiring for improvement in themselves and in Leadership. They became a model for others and was never satisfied with the status quo, always striving for excellence.

Vice President's Award
The Vice President’s Award is given by the SCA Vice President to a Leadership student who excelled in committee work. This student is a natural presence working as part of a team, collaborating with others to produce results and leading within their committees, never dominating and always wanting to hear from the whole group.

Secretary's Award
The Secretary’s Award is given by the SCA Secretary to a Leadership student who took an opportunity to create something new and innovative this year. They used their position as a Leadership student to create something that hadn’t been thought of before and had the vision to bring it into a reality.

Treasurer's Award
The Treasurer’s Award is given by the SCA Treasurer to a Leadership student who went above and beyond to support their peers, both in and out of the classroom. They are always looking out for their fellow students and was a rock to all who needed them.
