The Dispatch Issue #1
News:
Recently on bowie there were two threats made to the campus. The first threat was on August 18th when the threats surfaced online when a student posted threats to shoot up the school, he was detained at school that day. The second incident was on September 4th during a band practice when the student showed up and was roaming around the campus the cops then showed up and arrested the student again.
Liz Wildwood, Barbra Smith, Joshua Harwood, Mark Robinson, Chrissy Hejny, were quoted. I believe "I saw a student who wasn't a band member pacing in front of the school, When the police arrived, I was super confused, and I couldn't exactly process what was happening. When the police officer pointed a gun, the whole band scattered off the field." quote by Joshua Harwood was the strongest quote because it really describes the situation well. The lead did make me want to keep reading. The conclusion was a statement.
