Many children and adults cope with anxious feelings time to time. If those anxious feelings are interrupting daily function, a person could be dealing with an anxiety disorder and/or pervasive anxiety in certain situations. Please see your medical health care provider if you have a concern that you or a family member may be struggling with anxiety and need support. The counseling office has several resources to support students and parents manage anxious feelings and situations that come up during the school day.
