Sharing & Visibility

Step 1:  Under the 4 Deploy tab, click Sharing & Visibility.

Step 2: Select the Tool Visibility from the dropdown list:

• Public - Tool will be able to be seen by all users in the workspace via Capability Tool Library.

• Private (Group) - Tool can be viewed when added to Activity Toolkit(s). 

• Private (Only Me) - Tool can only be viewed by Tool Owner and Tool Admins

Step 3: Configure the Tool Permissions checkboxes as needed:

Note: 

• Allow this Tool to be listed in Marketplace: Check this to allow the tool to be shared with other workspaces. 

• Allow this Tool to be copied by your workspace members:  Check this to allow other workspace members to duplicate the tool.

• Allow to send to CCM Tool: Leave disabled (feature currently in development).

Step 4: Click Save Changes.
