Managing Toolkit permissions

Note: Always click Update Toolkit after changing toolkit details, and click Update Restrictions when changing toolkit permissions.

Step 1: Click Manage of the selected toolkit.

Step 2: Click on Toolkit Permissions.

Step 3: Toggle on the necessary options to apply the restriction(s).

Note: The following restrictions only apply to Participants in the toolkit.

(This feature is standard for all subscriptions.)

Step 4: Click Update Restrictions.

Step 5: Click Manage of the selected toolkit.

Step 6: Click on Toolkit Details.

Step 7: Select Active (Visible to all) from the Activity Group Status dropdown menu.

Step 8: Click Update Toolkit to close the pop-up window.

Step 9: Click on Activity Toolkit.

Outcome: This is how the Activity Toolkit will appear.
