Notes:
Grounding Content: Uploaded files are automatically included as grounding content for the AI's analysis.
File Storage: Uploaded files are securely stored within a personal file container module dedicated to managing user files.
Privacy & Metadata: Filenames and metadata of uploaded files remain completely unreadable by the platform or system.
Token Consumption: File size does not directly correlate to token usage. Files featuring images, tables, or complex layouts often consume significantly more tokens than standard text-only files.
Step 1: Fill in the required information in the fields.
Note: Some tools may not have any input field.
Step 2: Select Click to select from your file container to choose or upload file(s).
Step 3: Select Choose File to upload a file to the file container.
File Upload Limits
File size: Up to 32 MB per file (Files under 10 MB recommended for optimal speed and performance)
Storage limit: Up to 20 files per user
Supported formats: See our Supported File Formats list.
Step 4: Click Upload File.
Outcome: A success pop-up will confirm the upload, and the file will be added to the File Container.
Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 and 4 to upload more files into the file container. (If Required).
Step 6: Select one or multiple files to use in the tool.
User File Upload guidelines
You can select multiple files and formats, subject to the tool’s function and model compatibility. (Check our Supported File Formats list.)
Step 7: Click on Use Selected File.
Step 8: File(s) selected will displayed.
Note: If an incorrect file is selected, click the delete icon to remove it, then repeat steps 2 through 7 to select the correct file(s).
Step 9: Click Analyse CV Now! (Generate Button).
Outcome: Selected files appear as tags above the text area, and the File Chat button is displayed in the text field.
Step 10: Respond to the AI Assistant by entering your reply in the text field.
Step 11: Click the arrow icon or press Enter to submit your response.
Note: Files can be uploaded mid-conversation, not just when entering details on the Tool Page. Once attached, the files will appear as tags within the text field.
Adding Files: Click the File Chat button to upload new files or select existing ones from the File Container to add them to the active conversation.
File Visibility: After a response is generated, newly added files transition to appear as tags below the text field.
Removing Files: Files added mid-conversation can be removed at any time. Click the 'x' on the file tag to remove it from the chat.
Restriction: Files uploaded during initial setup on the Tool Page cannot be removed mid-conversation.
Step 13: Continue the conversation in the text field until the interaction is complete.
Notes:
Export Tables: Generated tables within the conversation can be exported as .xlsx or .csv files by hovering over the table to reveal the export action buttons.
