Regularly review district policies and procedures related to school libraries and update as needed

Create state-mandated library plan as a team to match with district goals and strategic plan

Several LMS on Building Leadership Teams

Work with Director of Curriculum and Instruction to ensure that a LMS representative is on each curriculum committee

LMS on AI Guidance Committee

Have a Library Media Coordinator

Monthly Media Meetings which include all LMS and Technology Director

The elementary team will be holding monthly meetings  to build stronger connections and consistency among the buildings

Take a leadership role in collaborating with teachers

Members of professional organizations

Strengthen partnerships with teachers in designing and developing curriculum

Focus on creating times to meet and collaborate with teacher teams more regularly

Strengthen partnerships with teachers in order to be invited to participate in projects, research, etc. with students

Continue to build stronger relationships within the LMS group, as we have new members
