The very first thing you need to do is to make sure you have a passport and that it is valid through July 2025. A passport is required for international travel, and receiving a new passport or even getting your current passport renewed can take up to 6 weeks or more.
With this in mind, you'll want to check your passport and, if you need to order one or request a renewal, to do so by September 30 at the very latest.
