St. Martha Catholic School – 6th Grade Physical Education & Health Curriculum
At St. Martha Catholic School, our 6th Grade Physical Education and Health program continues to build on foundational skills while introducing more advanced movement techniques, fitness concepts, and personal health education. Students at this level are encouraged to recognize their God-given talents, work toward personal goals, and develop the discipline and teamwork necessary for lifelong physical and spiritual wellness.
Through structured physical activities and health lessons, students learn to refine their physical abilities, manage stress, make informed health choices, and resolve conflicts respectfully—all within a Christ-centered environment.
