Citizen Science is when normal people around the world decide to go ahead and decide to study what is going around. This is usually when people don't get paid for what they do, instead, they choose to find things out by doing some local research, for example, investigating the frog population in a local pond and collect data by counting how many frogs they see. This information is then shared with organisations responsible for monitoring larger scale numbers of different frog species. This can help us all understand what is happening in the natural world.
Anyone can do citizen science!
