All St. Labre students (K-12th) have an annual opportunity to participate in a class retreat. It is an opportunity to step back from their usual classroom routine, examine their relationship with the Creator in a new way, and build some camraderie with their classmates. Activities have included emmaus walks, talks, prayer in the chapel, obstacle courses and more. Each retreat is centered around a Scripture verse specially picked for the class.
The themes for the 2024-2025 school year:
K-4 Retreats: Immaculate Mary
PECA and St. Charles Middle School Retreats: "Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight his paths" - Luke 3:4.
STL MS Retreats: "Remember the Creator in the days of your youth."
9th: "Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight his paths" - Luke 3:4.
10th: "For we walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthians 5:7
11th: For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. - Matthew 18:20
