Employee wellbeing has become a strategic consideration as organizations seek to support retention, engagement, and productivity amid post pandemic stress and burnout. This action research project examined how wellbeing is understood and prioritized as a strategic investment, drawing on existing research and new interviews with senior HR leaders who had direct authority over wellbeing investment decisions. This presentation shares insights into how organizational decision makers can assess the strategic value of intentional wellbeing investments, and the role wellbeing plays in supporting sustainable organizational outcomes.Â
