High-growth, fast-paced work environments often require people to navigate constant change, shifting priorities, and limited clarity. Psychological Capital (hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism) plays an important role in how individuals sustain themselves in these conditions, yet responsibility for cultivating it is often placed on individual leaders. This action research project explored how Psychological Capital is experienced and supported through everyday interactions, shared experiences, and small, embedded practices rather than relying solely on formal leadership. This presentation will share insights from the study and explore how teams can create steadiness, resilience, and support together in dynamic environments.
