Improving onboarding for all employees, will improve onboarding for neurodiverse employees.

The research reviewed the existing onboarding experiences of a cross-section of professionals from many industries. It found that onboarding can be improved for all individuals, not just those who identify as neurodiverse.

The presentation describes ways for onboarding to be more effective, and includes recommendations for providing knowledge of accommodations available for neurodiverse employees.
