LAMDA Success 2020

In these strange and different times; it is wonderful to share some fantastic news! Back in early March when the world was a different place, our talented LAMDA students took their exams they had been working hard towards. Students from year 4 to year 13 covered various styles of exam ranging from Acting, Duologue Acting, Devising Drama and Speaking in Public. The examiner had 2 full days of being entertained, from early grades to Gold medal (grade 8) and finally…… we have the results. The longer than usual wait has been worth it as all students excelled with Merits and Distinctions – well done!

Special congratulations to all medal students (grade 6, 7, 8) as they all achieved Distinctions earning valuable UCAS points, the point scoring was particularly high with our highest mark being a Gold medal student with 98 points out of a possible 100! Amazing! A very well-deserved boost to all student’s self-esteem to have their acting and speaking talents recognised.
