Being a recipient of the Michael Davey Award, Izzie is committed to pursuing dance, singing and musical theatre. She has taken part in every school musical since Oliver! in year 7 and has loved every second. Her favourite roles include Summer Hathaway in School of Rock, Amber in Hairspray, and Chantel in this year’s Little Shop of Horrors. Beyond school, Izzie studies ballet and tap, and has gained up to grade 5 ABRSM singing.

As a part of this year's virtual arts festival, Izzie is co-leading the poetry competition entitled ‘change’ across the college, as well as submitting her own works of art, music and poetry. As many of her friends in year 13 are leaving this summer, this is a particularly special arts week for Izzie; and although we’re not all together in person, she’s looking forward to seeing all the talent of St Jos come together.
