Remote Learning 2.0 (Term 3, 2020)

Please find attached Parent / Carer Agreement and Covid-19 (Student Declaration form) to be read and completed by families whose children will be attending onsite during Remote Learning 2.0, commencing Monday 20th July, 2020.

The following 'Student Covid-19 Declaration' form needs to be completed and brought in to school on a weekly basis for each student who is attending supervisewd Remote Learning 2.0 onsite.
