BOOK WEEK

St James will be celebrating Book Week from Monday 16th August - Friday 20th August.

Book Week is a celebration of the 2021 Children’s Book Council of Australia Shortlisted books, which showcases some of the best Australian children's literature published in the past year.

The theme this year is ‘ Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds.’

For Book Week, students had a great time dressing up as their favourite book characters and sharing their costumes with their teachers and friends online.

Students will continue to celebrate Book Week and explore the shortlisted books in more detail in their classes this week and throughout the term.
