Selecting a VET Course
Studying a VET course at TAFE one (1) day each week is compulsory for students undertaking the VC-VM. Students undertaing the VCE-VM are asked to list three (3) preferences for their VET course. While we work closely with the TAFE providers to give you your first preference, not everyone can be guaranteed a place in their preferred course or their preferred TAFE, as there are external factors that may limit the number of places provided. In those instances, students are offered their reserve choice.
VET qualifications, or the credit towards a qualification, are recognised by industries across Australia under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
Information on all VET qualifications and courses is available at www.myskills.gov.au
