Describe the role of a coaching style of interaction in achieving CQI
Recognize the variety of early childhood coaching approaches and programs
Use joint decision-making with their coach partner to put ideas into practice
Create healthy, engaging coach relationships by collaboratively writing joint planning documents
Use Colorado’s Competencies for Early Childhood Educators and Professionals to help create goals and action steps and to reflect on growth in teaching practice and/or goal completion
