The Actions records allow you to document project-specific actions at any point in your project, and to maintain a reportable log of these actions in PMWeb. Here, you can collaborate with other PMWeb users using the Collaboration feature and relate an action to a specific PMWeb Deliverable or Meeting within your project.
Access: This record is located in the Records module of PMWeb.

Complete the following:
In the Project dropdown menu, select your project.
In the Subject field, enter the title of the Actions record.
In the Status dropdown menu, select the status of the Action item if applicable, defaults to “Open.”
In the Discipline dropdown menu, select a discipline if applicable.
Complete the following:
In the Action Request field, enter an action request.
In the Action Response field, enter an action response if applicable.
In the Related Deliverable dropdown menu, select a related deliverable if applicable. These deliverables are pulled from the selected project.
In the Related Meeting dropdown menu, select a related meeting if applicable.
In the Assigned To dropdown menu, select an individual to assign the action to.
In the Due Date field, select the due date for the assignee to take action.
There is no Workflow process associated with this record.
To view a report for your selected Actions record:
Click the dropdown carat to the right of the Print icon in the top menu.
Select BI Reporting.
Click the Eyeglass icon in the Report preview window to view the full report.
Use the filters in the Report preview window to filter your Actions report as needed.
Click View Report to update your filtering options.
Preview your report in the provided window.
Export your report with the provided menu if applicable.
