Program: Project Health Report

The numbers in the list below correlate to the column headers in the Project Health Report, starting from the leftmost column and moving toward the right, as shown in the image above:

1. Project: Identifies the project and links to the associated Project Summary Report.

2. PM/PE: Lists the Design Project Manager leading the project.

3. Status: Captures the current stage of the project lifecycle.

4. Current Deliverable Stage: Identifies the current phase of the project lifecycle and links to the Stage Gates deliverables record for the current phase.

5. Scheduled AD Date (BM, SAP): SAP AD Date entered by your Regional Business Office.

6. Schedule AD Date: Schedule AD Date according to the PMWeb Schedule.

7. Construction Begin Date: Construction Begin Date according to the PMWeb Schedule.

8. Construction End Date: Construction End Date according to the PMWeb Schedule.

9. Schedule Status Date: The starting point from which to schedule all remaining work. It can also be considered the cut-off date wherein all work before this date has actual starts, actual finishes, or both. Most recent Schedule Status date according to the PMWeb Schedule.

10. Forecast Date: Date of the latest approved Forecast.

11. Milestones (Stoplight): Stoplight status indicates overdue milestones and links to the Project Schedule Gantt Chart report.

12. Deliverables (Stoplight): Stoplight status indicates overdue project deliverables and links to the Project Deliverable report.

13. PDP (Stoplight): Stoplight status indicates PDP endorsement status and links to the PDP report.

14. Forecast (Stoplight): Stoplight status indicates Forecast variance and links to the Program Forecast report

15. Open Action: Count of open Action items associated with the project that includes a hyperlink to open the Actions Log report.

16. Open Risk Count: Count of active Risks items associated with the project that includes a hyperlink to open the Risk Register report.

17. Open Issues Count: Count of open Issues associated with the project that includes a hyperlink to open the Issue Log report.

18. Project Changes Count: Count of Project Changes associated with the project that includes a hyperlink to open the Project Changes - Program View report.

Note: Click on a stoplight status for a project in the program-level report to open the related project-level report.

Report Filters

Users have the ability to select one or more of the following project categories to filter the information being displayed in the report. Filters are read and applied hierarchically from left to right and up to down:

Region: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the region with which a project is associated.

Program: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the regional program with which a project is associated.

Residency: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the regional residency with which a project is associated.

Project: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by specific projects.

Status: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the current status of a project.

Ad By: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by who brought the project to Advertisement.

Group By: Make a selection in the dropdown to group by the selected criteria. (None, PM/PE, Status, Ad By, or RE)

Sort By: Make a selection in the dropdown to sort by the selected criteria. (AD Date, Stage, or Project)

Include Combination Projects: Select either "True" to include, or "False" to exclude combo projects from the report.

Ad Date Start and Ad Date End: Enter or select a range of dates to filter by projects with Ad Dates within the range.

PM/PE: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the project PM or PE.

 To update the report view, click the "View Report" button after selecting the desired filters.
