The Program: Project Deliverables Summary Report is used to track and summarize the key deliverables associated with a project. This report provides stakeholders with an overview of one or more projects' progress in terms of completed and upcoming deliverables, allowing for better monitoring and management of project outcomes.
Access:
On the Project Portfolio page, select In My Court. Next, find "Program: Project Deliverables Summary Report" from the Dashboard/Report Selection column.
From the Dashboard & Reports tab, select "Program: Project Deliverables Summary Report" from the Program Reports column.
The numbers in the list below correlate to the column headers in the Program: Deliverables Summary report, starting from the leftmost column and moving toward the right, as shown in the image above:
Project: Identifies the project.
Current Stage: Identifies the current lifecycle "stage" of the project, links to the associated Stage Gates record.
Line #: Identifies the line # in the Stage Gates record relevant to the deliverable.
Deliverable: Identifies the deliverable.
Due in (Days): Identifies the number of days until the deliverable due date, negative numbers in red indicate that the deliverable is overdue.
Discipline: Identifies the discipline the deliverable concerns.
Assigned to: Identifies the deliverable owner (individual responsible for uploading the completed deliverable).
Schedule Start Date: Identifies the scheduled start date of the deliverable from the Stage Gates record.
Due Date: Identifies the deliverable due date from the Stage Gates record.
Planned Completion Date: Identifies the scheduled completion date of the deliverable from the Stage Gates record (usually the same as the Due Date unless there is lead time for the deliverable's completion in the Stage Gates record.
Date Completed: Identifies the date that the deliverable was marked as completed in the Stage Gates record.
Notes: Any additional information related to the deliverable.
Users have the ability to select one or more of the following project categories to filter the information being displayed in the report, filters are typically read and applied hierarchically from left to right and up to down:
Region: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the region with which a project is associated.
Program: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the regional program with which a project is associated.
Open/Closed: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by whether a deliverable is currently "open" or "closed".
Residency: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the regional residency with which a project is associated.
Project: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by specific projects.
Project Status: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the current status of a project.
Discipline: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the discipline a deliverable concerns.
Assigned To: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the assigned deliverable owner. (To view only deliverables assigned to yourself, select your name in this dropdown list).
Due Date: Make a selection in the dropdown to to filter by whether or not a deliverable has a due date.
Planned Completion Conflict: Make a selection in the dropdown to to filter by whether or not a deliverable has a planned completion conflict.
Ad By: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by who brought the project to Advertisement.
Stage: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the project deliverable stage.
Click the "View Report" button after applying desired filters to update the report view.
