The Program: Schedule Milestone Look Ahead Report gives users a Gantt-style view of project milestones across a program.
Access:
On the Project Portfolio page, select In My Court. Next, find "Program: Milestone Look Ahead Report" from the Dashboard/Report Selection column.
From the Dashboard & Reports tab, select "Program: Milestone Look Ahead Report" from the Program Reports column.

Report
The Schedule Milestone Look Ahead report lists projects, their current/upcoming milestone, the PM for the project, and a Gantt chart displaying corresponding milestones.
Within the report, users can click on a hyperlink in the "Project" column to open a project's associated Schedule record in PMWeb.
Report Filters
Report Filters
Users have the ability to select one or more of the following project categories to filter the information being displayed in the report, filters are typically read and applied hierarchically from left to right and up to down:
Region: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the region with which a project is associated.
Program: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the regional program with which a project is associated.
Residency: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the regional residency with which a project is associated.
Project: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by specific projects.
Project Manager: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the PM in charge of a project.
Status: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the current status of a project.
Ad By: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by who brought the project to Advertisement.
Interval: Enter a value for the number of intervals to display in the milestone Gantt chart.
Interval Type: Make a selection in the dropdown to adjust the interval timeframe shown in the milestone Gantt chart. For example, in the image below when the "interval type" is set to "weeks" and the "Interval" is equal to 4, the Gantt chart will display current/upcoming milestones in 4 week intervals.
Milestone: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the current milestone of a project.
Project Start Year: Make a selection in the dropdown to filter by the start date of a project.
Month(s) Ahead: Make a selection in the dropdown to adjust how many months into the future the report will display project milestone information. (1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, All)
Milestone Label: Make a selection in the dropdown to adjust the information each milestone is labeled with in the Gantt chart. (Milestone, Project #, or Milestone + Project)
Sort By: Make a selection in the dropdown to sort the report by the selected criteria. (Date, PM, Milestone, Residency, or AD By)
To update the report view, click the "View Report" button after selecting the desired filters.
