The current fee structure for the Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation's services can be found below, along with the office's billing policies. Digital invoices will be sent via email to the requestor/applicant along with the deliverables of the services requested when the service has been completed. If an invoice needs to be addressed to a separate billing party, the requestor must provide that information at the onset of the request.
Staff are unable to accommodate requests to upload invoices to third-party billing systems or send additional invoice copies to other recipients. It is the requestor's responsibility to forward the original invoice to the correct billing party and ensure timely payment is made.
Payments can be made by mailing a paper check or by paying online with a credit card. Please contact hc_oahp@state.co.us if you have questions regarding payment disbursement to our office.
Payments made by check must include a list of all OAHP invoice numbers to which the check should be applied. Check should be made payable to “History Colorado - OAHP” and can be mailed to:

Please indicate the invoice number(s) in the memo line of your check.
Credit card payments can be made via a secure online link. To request a link for your payment, please email hc_oahp@state.co.us. Please list in your email the invoice numbers that should be included in the payment.
Payments must be received within 30 days of the invoice date to be considered in good standing. Unpaid balances over 30 days are considered overdue. Overdue notifications will be sent to the original requestor each month until the payment is made. If a balance remains unpaid for more than 120 days, future services may be withheld from the requestor's organization until all balances are paid in full.
