Effective July 31st, 2026, the OAHP will officially launch our new Project Submission Portal, which replaces MoveIT and is our new centralized portal for all project submissions to our office. This new solution increases efficiency within existing workflows and drastically reduces the time to submit a complete project package to our office.
Key Portal Features and Operational Improvements:
Faster Submissions: Users can access the platform on-demand with no log-in so that submissions can be received more efficiently by our office .
Automated Receipt Notifications: The portal will generate automated confirmation of receipt notifications, so that the end user has a clear timeline for their project's review.
Easy to Follow Process: The new portal has structured fields to collect your information and files, ensuring you have a complete package ready to be received by our office.
Centralized Internal Tracking: Mapping onto existing workflows, this portal allows for centralized tracking of submissions so that we can more easily help identify where it is in the review process.
We encourage end users to submit via the new portal here [Link will open on July 31st]. Additional documentation regarding the portal's submission process is also available in advance of the portal's launch date. We plan to sunset the MoveIT platform for submissions on October 1st, 2026.
If you have questions about the new portal, please direct them to OAHP's Director of Information Management (erin.bornemann@state.co.us).
OAHP has released the current policy on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use as it relates to our office. Please read the full policy here.
OAHP staff have been working with History Colorado's Accessibility Program Manager, Katrina Lee, to develop a working guide to make your digital materials as accessible as possible when submitting to our office. You may direct technical accessibility questions to katrina.lee@state.co.us.
Please visit our Accessibility Guide for more details.
The OAHP is collecting data through a formal online survey to assist with forthcoming updates to our suite of Inventory forms. This survey will be available to collect feedback through Friday, April 25th.
We highly encourage you to complete this survey so that we can systematically collect your feedback and use that data to inform revisions - there is a save function so that you can come back to the survey and complete it at your leisure. Please feel free to share the survey link widely with your networks who use our suite of Inventory forms so that their feedback can be captured as well.
Please direct any questions about the survey or its content to OAHP's Director of Information Management (erin.bornemann@state.co.us). Thank you in advance for your participation!
