I have been working in the field of Early Childhood for the past 13 years and held every role imaginable.  From teaching assistant, lead teacher, curriculum specialist, assistant director, director, and now the Regional Coaching Manager.  Through all of these roles, I have learned the overwhelming value of the adults in the classroom, and that to have the best child outcomes the adults in the room need to be supported through trusted relationships. Being a part of the coaching community has shown me all of the amazing individuals in the state of Colorado who have the same passion and desire to see the growth of our field and our youngest citizens.  I have an AA in Early Childhood Education, a  BFA in Studio Art, an MA in Early Childhood Education, and an EdD in Educational Equity and Leadership.
