Chapter 9: Commission Review of Initial Decision & Exceptions

Chapter 9, formerly known as the K Rules, sets forth the requirements for the review of initial decisions by the Commission and the procedures for filing exceptions. This chapter encourages electronic service between the parties and was re-organized to follow the exceptions process in sequential order. Chapter 9 was modified to aid pro-se litigants in understanding the exceptions process.
