Chapter 4: Continuing Education

Chapter 4, formerly known as the B Rules, sets forth the continuing education requirements for Brokers, as well as the standards and requirements for course providers seeking Commission approval to offer continuing education credits. Chapter 4 specifically identifies eligible and ineligible topics for continuing education courses. Additionally, Brokers may earn two (2) hours of continuing education credit for attending a Colorado Real Estate Commission meeting in person, once per calendar year. Chapter 4 seeks to provide a road map for Brokers to satisfy the continuing education requirement.
