Chapter 8: Declaratory Orders

Chapter 8, formerly known as the I Rules, specifies the procedures to petition the Commission for a Declaratory Order. Chapter 8 was re-organized to follow the process in sequence from filing a petition to appealing the Commission’s declaratory order.
