Chapter 7: Use of Standard Forms

Describes the requirements of using standard forms in real estate transactions for Brokers

When performing real estate brokerage services, Brokers are authorized by statute to complete standard forms for use in a real estate transaction, including forms intended to convey personal property as part of the real estate transaction. Chapter 7, formerly known as the F Rules, specifies the requirements of using standard forms for Brokers. There were no substantive modifications made to these rules except for the repeal of former Rule F-2(A) and Rule F-2(H) because they are no longer necessary.
