Local Public Health Agencies (LPHAs) have been awarded various funds to support COVID-19 response operations.
Some may wonder, why all of these funds can't be rolled into one contract from the state. This is not feasible since the various funds have specific requirements that must be tracked and met in order to meet the stipulations.
