Process:
Begin by building a base. This is the most important part of your object because this will be copied for the middle and top pieces.
You will use your sketch to create your base. Do your best by using Autodesk 2D drawing tools to create your parts.
All parts will be extruded to .125" the reason is the material is only .125" and our laser only cuts the contour. Do not use any other 3D tool besides extrude add or cutting!
2. Once your part is extruded save your part as the base, middle, and top pieces of your monster. This will allow us to have carbon copies of the parts for us to not have to rebuild it.
How ever many layers you have should be how many parts you have - if you notice my monster has a base, a face, and middle piece for the teeth.
3. Manipulate all parts such a top, internal parts to create your own monster.
Make sure that these are different parts from your base! As long as they are saved as multiple files it should not manipulate your face
4. Create any additional parts to personalize your monster and a base for it to stand on
