SOURDOUGH 101 

If you have sourdough starter, you have lots and lots of discard (if you don’t, don’t worry, we’ll send you home with some). We’ll be making waffles, just-about-the-best-onion-rings-you’ve-ever-had, and goldfish crackers. *waffles and onion rings will be enjoyed during the class, a to-go bag of goldfish crackers will be sent home with each participant.

BAKE A CAKE  

Learn to bake cake two ways - a classic birthday cake and a chocolate cake with fudge frosting. Surprise your family and friends when you bring home these cakes you made from scratch, by yourself!

SCRATCH MADE PEROGIES & SAUERKRAUT  

Just in time for Easter learn to make this famous Buffalo tradition in your own kitchen! All supplies included. Each participant will leave with a dozen perogies and a pint-sized jar of sauerkraut to serve alongside.

COOKIE TIME 

In this class we will be learning how to make cookies 3 ways. Drop (chocolate chip), Bar (golden blondies), and Cut-Out (sugar). Each participant will be taking home 18 cookies.

COMPLETELY FROM SCRATCH LASAGNA 

During this class we will be making lasagna, completely from scratch. From the homemade pasta, to homemade sauce, to the fresh-made mozzarella and ricotta cheese, to sausage from our pasture pigs. Participants will have a slice of lasagna during the class as well as a double portion to take home and bake later.

QUICK BREADS 

Have you ever wanted to make a perfectly light and fl uff y biscuit? Well, you will be doing just that and more after this class. You’ll find out all the secrets on just how it is to be done. Also, we will be making muffins and pumpkin bread for you to take home and enjoy.
