Guests will be dropped off at the passenger loading zone outside of the GSB Residences - Schwab Residential Center.
Stanford GSB Residences epitomize the California lifestyle; the residential complex is across the street from the Stanford GSB Knight Management Center. It is the primary residential community for the Stanford Executive Program (SEP). Stanford GSB Residences offers single occupancy, hotel-style accommodations. Each participant has a private bedroom and bathroom with shower, and shares a kitchenette with the adjoining room; the rooms are equipped with the amenities listed below. International guests should bring their own electrical adapters (110 volts) for appliances.

Shampoo/conditioner combo (called Shampoo Plus), and body wash is provided and refilled as needed during housekeeping.
Complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are located inside the laundry rooms. These machines are free, energy efficient washer and dryers.
Each room is furnished with a 32’ flat screen television and cable television.
Connect with family and friends from all over the world with complimentary calling. Telephones are located in each individual suite with its own unique number.
SEP partners with PurpleTie for all dry-cleaning needs. Download their app and setup an account to get started. Bring down your garments to the designated room in Jack McDonald Hall and Schwab, and schedule a pick-up. Items are then dropped off on the next business day in the drop-off location.

Bikes are available for use and are the easiest way to get around Palo Alto and Stanford. Stop by the Schwab Tower Lobby to use a bike and they will show you how to access bikes. Bikes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for a 4-hour rental window.
Housekeeping will be performed on an assigned day each week. Additionally, bath towels will be replenished and trash removed multiple times during the week.
Bed linens are changed once a week. The Stanford GSB Residences uses white bed linens. If you bring your own personal linens, please make sure they are separated from the Stanford GSB Residences’ bed linens before the linens are changed each week. Please keep all other personal items off the bed when you leave your room to avoid any missing items that may be accidentally taken and placed in the laundry when the bed linens are changed.

The SEP team has curated an Amazon list of personal amenities that former SEP participants purchased upon arrival in previous years. These items are not provided, nor required; however, purchasing them may help in making your stay at the Stanford GSB residences even more comfortable!

Stanford GSB Residences rooms are single occupancy only. We ask that you do not have guests or family stay overnight with you in your room during your time in SEP. The guest policy will be restrictive; currently, no guests are allowed. For information on local hotels, please view our recommendations under Family. We will host a family dinner on one weeknight during the program during which your guests will be welcome.
Dining is provided by our award winning team of culinary professionals, who strive to provide delicious, nutritious, locally-sourced food options are at every meal, including snacks. Our team has earned the Financial Times Executive Dining Award more frequently than any other school.
Vegetarian options will be available at all meals. If you have additional dietary restrictions, please let us know in the pre-program survey. We will coordinate with dining staff who will do their best to accommodate restrictions.
Meals included in the program fee are brunch and dinner on the weekends and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the weekdays unless otherwise noted.

Participants who would like to park a car on campus will need to purchase a parking permit. Please park in the Knight Management Center garage.
To avoid getting a parking citation, you must ensure you have an active parking permit, your vehicle information is correct, and all vehicles are added to your permit (only one vehicle can be parked per day). Having a parking permit does not guarantee parking spaces are available.
A Permit: Valid in ‘A,’ ‘C,’ and shared residential spaces: A commuter ‘A’ permit priced at $150 per month or $21 per day is valid for both ‘A’ and ‘C’ parking spaces that are labeled by signs such as the one displayed below:
C Permit: Valid in ‘C,’ and shared residential spaces: A commuter ‘’ permit priced at $42 per month or $6.50 per day is valid for all ‘C’ parking spaces that are labeled by signs such as the one displayed below:

On the Account page, click on “Purchase Permits”
Choose an ‘A’ or ‘C’ Permit
Select a Permit Type
Choose ‘Daily’ for permits that are only valid for one day
Select the dates which you would like to purchase before heading to step 6
Choose the ‘monthly auto-renew’ for longer-term permits that renew monthly until canceled.
Choose the ‘commuter’ without the auto-renew if you want to purchase manually each month.
Click on the ‘Add Vehicle’
Enter your vehicle’s License Plate, state or country of the license plate, the vehicle manufacturer, and color.
Click the confirm button when finished.
Then click the complete button.
Select the vehicle added and click confirm.
Select pay by credit card, and enter your credit card information. Debit cards, American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted.
Under contact information, enter your alumni email or your personal email to get a copy of your digital receipt.
Then, once you’ve correctly entered your alumni or personal email, click on checkout.
You will receive a digital receipt and your car will now be registered for a parking permit according to your earlier date selection, or for the rest of the month.
