Meals

Meals at the Schwab Residential Center are for SEP Participants only unless otherwise stated.

Class Sessions

All program sessions including core classroom sessions, turbo talks, TED Talks, and guest speakers are for current SEP program participants only.

Special Events

The special events on Friday evenings are a wonderful way to bond with your SEP classmates. These events take place on campus as well as special locations around the Bay Area. These events are exclusive to current SEP participants and we cannot accommodate any guests.

Graduation and Graduation Related Activities

While August 1st may seem far away, we’ve heard from past participants that they valued planning ahead for graduation. The graduation breakfast, ceremony, and celebration lunch are open to a limited number of family or friends, and we are excited to have the opportunity to show them the campus.

Advanced guest registration is required and you'll be able to register one adult guest and accompanying children. Registering your guests ahead of time helps ensure that we are properly equipped to provide all attendees with a wonderful experience on this special occasion. The SEP Team will notify you once registration has opened for guests. 

Graduation Day Agenda:

• Breakfast: 7:00 - 8:30 am Location TBD

• Organ Concert at Memorial Church: 9:00 - 10:00 am

• Guest Check-in: 10:30 - 10:50 am Outside CEMEX Auditorium

• Graduation Ceremony: 11:00 am - 12:45 pm in CEMEX Auditorium

• Lunch Celebration & Family Activities: 1:00 - 4:00 pm at the Stanford Investors Common

Family Dinners

On Wednesday, July 16th and Wednesday, July 30th we will be hosting a family dinner at the Stanford Investors Common. If your family is visiting for the week, lives locally, or you’re staying with us through family housing, you have the opportunity to register up to 1 adult guest and accompanying children to attend this dinner. Registration will be required for guests, and the SEP Team will notify you once registration has opened for guests. 

Accommodations

Stanford GSB Residences rooms are single occupancy only.  We ask that you do not have guests or family stay overnight with you in your room during your time in SEP. The guest policy will be restrictive; currently, no guests are allowed.  If you need off-campus accommodations, please contact GSB Residence Guest Services at (Local): +1 650-725-6880), or review this list on the participant website with the local accommodations information.
