The GSB Alumni Email will be your lifetime Stanford email account.
Please follow these steps to complete the setup of your GSB alumni email account after you receive the invitation email from the SEP team.
1. Go to http://www.gsb.stanford.edu/alumni and select "Email" at the top right of the page.
2. Select "Sign up"
3. Enter your Last Name and your Stanford University ID number (SUID).
4. Agree to the "Terms of Use" and continue with registration.
5. Create your alumni username. IMPORTANT: Your alumni username will be the first part of your alumni email address, username@alumni.gsb.stanford.edu. You cannot change your username after your account is created so CHOOSE YOUR USERNAME CAREFULLY.
6. Below your username, select "Yes" to activate a free GSB alumni email account.
7. Create a password and enter a secret question. Please keep track of this password in your records. We do not have access to it, and you will need to at program check-in.
8. Select continue with registration.
9. Review your personal information and addresses. You MUST indicate a preferred email and mailing address at this point.
10. At the confirmation screen select "Continue on the page…"
11. Select "I accept, continue to my account".
12. You will now be logged into your alumni email account (@alumni.gsb.stanford.edu) where you will see the email address in the top right corner of the page. To log out of your email account, select "Sign Out" under your alumni email address.
Going forward, you can check your GSB alumni email account from the GSB alumni website at http://www.gsb.stanford.edu/alumni and selecting "Email" at the top of any of the alumni pages.
