Dear Year 7 Student,
I’m in Year 9 and struggling with organization. My grades are bad, and I keep missing homework. My mom suggested talking to teachers for help, but I still can’t manage my time well. She warned me about more punishments if I keep slipping. I really need advice on how to get better at organizing my schoolwork.
Thanks,
Year 9 Student
Dear Y9 student,
I know you are struggling with organization, your grades are bad, and you keep missing homework. It's okay to have these feelings and these problems, many people have these problems , even me sometimes. If I were you,I would pay more attention in class.
So your first problem is that your mom says for you to talk to the teacher, but you can manage your time. You can organizate your time better doing the activities on time and you can also take your doubts during the class. If you did this, you could get better grades.
Your second problem is that you are struggling with organization, taking bad grades and you keep missing homework. You can get better grades by speaking less with your friends during the class , paying more attention in class and if you don't do this, nothing will change.
Your last and third problem is that if you don't do the homework and get better grades you will be punished. You can take doubts in times that the teacher stops speaking and also you can talk with your friends only when the teachers authorize it. Your mom will not do any more punishments to you.If you do this, your mom will not fight with you.
If I were in your place I would organize my time better doing the activities on time, and also I would take my doubts during the class, you can get better grades by speaking less with your friends during the class and also paying more attention in class. If these things don't work, you can also research on the site Umassad.I hope that I help you and good luck in your tests.
Sincerely,
Y7 - João Braga
