We will need an annotated floor plan image where room names and locations have been marked. The floor plan image provided can be any type of map or floor plan you have of your space as long as it has been labeled to show areas that you would want for Room Mapping. Rooms that are not contracted with StackMap for Room Mapping should not be labeled.
The annotated floor plan image is only used for the purposes of set-up and should only depict publicly accessible rooms you have contracted with StackMap. Annotations can be labeled using an image editor or can be handwritten as long as rooms have been clearly marked. See the "FLOOR PLAN IMAGE" highlighted in red with no annotations compared to the "ANNOTATED FLOOR PLAN IMAGE" highlighted in blue for an example floor plan image where annotations have been added.
We will also need a spreadsheet that corresponds with the annotated map.
The assigned "ROOM NAMES" should match the publicly displayed names for the rooms in your library. See the example spreadsheet below where "KEY CODES" and room names have been added. The key codes (highlighted in orange) have been assigned to their corresponding room names (highlighted in blue) on the example spreadsheet. The key codes correspond with the example "ANNOTATED FLOOR PLAN IMAGE".
