Once we have completed the setup of your rooms, you will need to integrate the mapped rooms with your room reservation tool. StackMap will provide you with the map images for each of your individual rooms. Each map image is unique to its specific room and will be hosted at its own URL that StackMap will provide to you.
In the example below you can see an example of a "ROOM RESERVATION HOMEPAGE" where all bookable rooms are viewable.
For each individual room there will be an option to see more information or to preview the room. This page is where you will want to insert the map image. You can also choose to insert an image of the physical space, as seen in the example "ROOM INFORMATION DISPLAY". We highly recommend placing the image directly into this view rather than creating a clickable link; for further assistance email StackMap at support@stackmap.com.
Once we have completed the setup of your rooms, you can integrate the mapped rooms directly into your library website. StackMap will provide you with the map images for your rooms. Each map image is unique to its specific room and will be hosted at its own URL that StackMap will provide to you.
In the example below you can see a "LIBRARY WEBSITE" where maps showing available rooms are viewable based on specific libraries.
When integrating Room Mapping with your library site you will want to insert the map image provided by StackMap with your site. In the example below, you can click on the hyperlink for a room and a "ROOM MAP" will open in a new tab. An even better approach to increase visibility would be to display the map image directly on the relevant web page.
