ARBOR Parent App

Our brand new parent engagement app is now live, thank you for taking the time to set up your new account and if you had any difficulty accessing the app or linking siblings to your account, we hope we have been able to resolve this for you already. 

If you haven't already, please do take some time to familiarise yourself with the app ahead of our parent consultation bookings opening at the end of next week. If you cannot log in, the DOB of your child is rejected at app set up or if you can only see one of your children's profiles, please do email info@st-stephens.richmond.sch.uk for help.

STARS - Messages

• INSET Friday 27th March - We will run a STARS camp on Friday 27th March from 08:30-4:30. This is available to book now in ParentPay.

• We are looking for donations of outdoor games to play in STARS. Cricket, tennis, light footballs or other similar items welcome.

• EASTER Camp - We are delighted to share that we will be running our wonderful STARS camp on selected days through the Easter Holiday.

  • Camp will run on the following dates: Monday 30th March, Tuesday 31st March, Wednesday 1st April, Thursday 2nd April, Tuesday 7th April, Wednesday 8th April from 08:30-16:30.

  • Breakfast will be provided. Please bring snacks, lunch and a water bottle

  • Sessions will include many different activities, both organised and free play. A wonderful extension of our well loved breakfast and afterschool clubs.

STARS Sessions Update:

• CHANGES - The deadline for STARS changes for after EASTER has now passed. Changes noted now will be for after May half term.

• SUMMER 1 - We will be loading Summer 1 sessions in the coming week, these will be for sessions from 13th April to Friday 22nd May for half term. Booking will be unavailable during the upload period, if you need last minute bookings please email stars@st-stephens.richmond.sch.uk 

• PAYMENTS – Please make sure you have settled any outstanding payments on ParentPay, or transfer Childcare Vouchers. Follow up emails will be sent next week, as all payments need to be settled before we can load summer sessions.

• CHILDCARE VOUCHERS - Please email finance@st-stephens.richmond.sch.uk with confirmation of childcare payments and the allocation required for each child/session

• STARS CLOSED - Please note we will not be running our afterschool session on Thursday 26th March due to school finishing at 2:15pm

Stationery Donations

If you would like to donate towards additional stationery, we have two options:

• Please contribute to the ‘Stationery Contribution Pot’ on Parent Pay

• Alternatively, we have created an Amazon wishlist with items we need across the school. Please note, the school is not open for deliveries over school holidays.
