In KS2, the foundations laid in KS1 are transformed into active communication. Pupils move from recognising single words to manipulating language to express their own ideas—both orally and in writing.

Our carefully sequenced curriculum expands vocabulary across meaningful, real-world contexts, while full enrichment opportunities give learning a genuine purpose. Through this approach, we ensure pupils not only develop practical fluency and cultural awareness, but also meet all core statutory requirements for Key Stage 2 MFL.
