A Self Guided e-course to deepen your spiritual journey with Christ
“Just by the very nature of our birth, we are on the spiritual journey.”
--Fr. Thomas Keating, O.C.S.O
The Christian spiritual journey begins with the heart’s deep longing for the wholeness found only in and through God. It moves along the path leading to transformation into the likeness of Christ. In this self-paced e-course, we explore the common path Christians throughout the ages have taken to seek and find the God who also seeks us. The course, for spiritual seekers, is based on the book Soul Feast: An Invitation to the Christian Spiritual Life by Marjorie Thompson.

Goals & Focus
This program was developed with a purpose in mind and to meet what is a growing hunger to engage in a robust, life-giving, spiritual life. It aims:
To provide an opportunity for participants to become more deeply formed in the spiritual life.
To provide a way for participants to establish and/or deepen their own daily spiritual practice.
To provide a way for spiritual seekers to further investigate their longing for a deeper relationship with God through Christian tradition.
The focus is on Christian spirituality, not doctrine. It is meant to help people of faith understand the value of a committed spiritual life and begin to practice some of the basic disciplines of the Christian spiritual life while also encouraging experienced practitioners to engage in a spiritual journey of faith.
