Class Outline:
• Interactive charcuterie board workshop
• Assorted cheeses, cured meats, fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and more.
• Take-home platter & materials
• Technique, styling, and pairing guidance
• A charcuterie platter for everyone to enjoy! (The size of it would depend on how many attendees we have)
