Project X cannot function without the organization of teachers and students into learning groups. Every person plays a part in our Project X community and there are some considerations we need to remain aware of:
Xperience Week: The shorter session times and greater movement between Xperience locations may result in some students feeling the scattered. Facilitators will have a clear lesson plan. Group Guides should assist to make sure students settle quickly and follow the directions of the Facilitator.
Project X Week: The longer schedule means some students may require assistance to remain focused. Some students may require greater assistance to scaffold their inquiry project. Facilitators should be in on-going conversations with each group to help them maintain their inquiry focus. Scheduled breaks may be supplemented with in-class interactions and breaks.
Each role supports learning and inquiry. Specific role descriptions will help us to establish and maintain our Project X focus.
